  1. Regarding theft ofECLproperties (excluding coal) in Mugma area which occurred between 1st January 2010 till date please give information in the below mentioned format.

  1. Whether any person has been identified to have any role in those thefts.
  2. Has the concerned authority received any complaint against illegal occupation/sale and renting of ECL quarters in Chopra colony?
  3. In chopra colony is there any employee who has been allotted quarter with type he is not entitled to occupy? If yes please mention reasons for the same.
  4. Has the concerned authority received any complaint against illegal occupation/sale and renting of ECL quarters in Kalimata Singh colony?
  5. Regarding ECL quarters in Chopra colony, please give information in below mentioned format.
