NEW LAND ACQUISITION ACT
Sir, it is learned that the Central Government (parliament) has drafted a new Land Acquisition Act in place of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 which is yet to come into force. i would like to get the copy of the draft Act. it is learned that on the basis of the supreme court decision the parliament was forced bring the new act. i would like to know about the decision of the supreme court with citation.
Required:
1. Copy of new Land Acquisition Act passed by parliament (yet to be passed) in place of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 which is yet to come into force.
2. Copy of the supreme court decision / judgement by which the parliament was forced to bring the new act ie, new Land Acquisition Act with citation.
Hello sir, Under the RTI Act, any information/materials published in books and journals cannot be requested as they are available to everybody. U may refer to published Supreme court decisions. Also any acts when passed by the parliment/state legislature will be published in the official Gazette and are available to anybody for reference.
