Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the owner and possessor of flat bearing No. 203 in the 2nd floor Vazeer Complex, Municipal No. 5-2-1061, 1062, 1054-1056, street No. 6 Jambagh, M.J. Market, Hyderabad. Kindly provide the information & documents under RTI Act 2005 with respect to following question :-
1. Please provide me the complete set of documents submitted by Sri Ramesh Ramnani, Sri Lekhraj Ramnani, Sri Rajesh Ramnani, Sri Harish Ramnani and Sri Vijay Ramnani with building penalization scheme(BPS) application for the parking area of Vazeer Complex, Municipal No. 5-2-1061,1062,1054-1056 Street No. 6 Jambagh, M.J. Market, Hyderabad to take regularisation certificate (proceeding) from the GHMC and HMDA.
2. Also please provide me what action GHMC and HMDA has taken for BPS application submitted by Sri Ramesh Ramnani, Sri Lekhraj Ramnani, Sri Rajesh Ramnani, Sri Harish Ramnani and Sri Vijay Ramnani for the parking area of Vazeer Complex, Municipal No. 5-2-1061,1062,1054-1056 Street No. 6 Jambagh, M.J. Market, Hyderabad.
