AIU illegally giving equivalence to degrees awarded by INDIAN institutions.
Please furnish following information each copy signed and stamped as per RTI Act, 2005.
1) AIU is giving equivallance to degrees/courses offered by Indian private colleges/institutions, please provide copy of the Government/MHRD/UGC order authorizing Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi to give equivalence to courses offered by INDIAN institutions (i.e. private colleges/institutions etc).
2) Year wise list of Private colleges/institutions whose courses/degrees were given equivalence by AIU from 1.1.2000 till 1.9.2018 also mention against each college/institutions amount collected by AIU for giving equivalence.
3) Copy of the MHRD One Man Committee report regarding AIU functioning.
4) Furnish year wise list of private colleges/institutions which are recognized by AIU and AICTE, NBA and NAAC.
5) Please provide month wise and year wise fee collected by AIU from private colleges and private institutions for giving equivalence.
6) Please furnish copy of the Gazette in which government order authorizing AIU to give equivalence to courses/degrees offered by FOREIGN universities/institutions was published.
