      Dear Sir,

I have already filed some RTIs in this regard and has even gone for second
appeal (SA) with CIC which is yet to be taken up for hearing.

THIS IS THE REASON WHY I WANT TO BE ANONYMOUS. I ALSO FEEL THE RTI FEE IS
Rs. 10/- FOR EACH RTI QUERY AND IS NOT FOR AN RTI APPLICATION.

Hence I request you to pl. file this RTI on my behalf.

Thanking you and expecting your EARLY reply,

      Yours sincerely,
      R. GANESAN.

    Dear Sir,

Yes, as I found some irregularities vide my earlier RTI applications and apprehend some threats both physical and in other forms (remember I am one of the aspriant for fellowship), I want to remain anonymous.

Apart from physical threats, there may be other reasons why RTI applicatants prefer anonymity. I wish RTI Anonymous take into account those factors also.

My wish is that RTI Anonymous helps to build open and just society by considering threats other than physical.

The RTI fee is Rs. 50/- + Rs. 25/- towards speed post charges. Pl. help me early.

    Thanks.

I went through your mail. Don’t you think the information you have recd under RTI would be the same even if we file it? Also, RTI allows you to get information. If you want action based on the information you have to seek legal intervention. Please let me know your views before i give my final opinion

  6. Sky Walker says:

If you feel that there is something wrong with the Selection process then be more specific..

    E.g.
    1) Ask for question paper, answer key and answer sheet of all candidate, for the selection exam held during MON-YYYY of all ( or you can ask for answer sheet of one person whom you doubt has illegally entered into phd )

There are many SIC, and CIC decision which directs to furnish answersheets.
