WRONGFUL DENIAL OF DUES FOR RETIREES OF SBI UNDER THE PROVISION OF SEC 19(3) SBOSR
Dear Sir,
Kindly arrange to provide to me the following information in either English or Hindi:
a) Number of officer who were retired under the provisions of Section 19(3) of SBOSR, during the period of 01-04-2000 to 31-03-2019, year wise.
b) Average time taken to finalize the proceedings, year wise in the following format
Date of initiation ———————————————– Date of completion/finalization
c) The account and the head under which the withheld amounts of the retiral benefits of such officers was parked during the pendency of the proceedings.
d) Yearwise aggregate of such withheld amounts as on 31st March of years 2000 to 2019.
e) Whether any interest was paid to ANY OF such retirees on the funds withheld during the continuance of the Disciplinary Proceeding after the date of normal retirement.
f) Does the operation of Sec 19(3), bestow any special rights upon the Bank to compound the penalty inflicted on retirees under the said section, in any manner or form. The details of the Law or Rule/s which sanction such compounding of penalty may be provided.
