SUBJECT :: Loss to Govt Exchequer and wastage of manpower due to non-creation and non-mapping of Inspectors in Central GST Department of Ludhiana Commissionerate.
 

For implementation of GST throughout the country wef 01.07.2017 a huge expenditure was incurred by Government of India and One AIO (All in One) Desktop Computer for each Inspector and each Superintendent posted in the Central GST Division and Ranges was purchased  computer costing apxx 70000/- each to the   Govt. exchequer but it has come to notice that however, access to most of the task e.g Registration Verification, Refund Verification, Viewing of various Returns, generation of various reports etc. in Division/Range portal  has been provided in GST portal but SSO id of most of the Inspectors posted in Divisions /Ranges of Ludhiana Commissionerate either has not been created yet or in cases where SSO id is created same is not mapped with the portal of Ranges/Division where these Inspectors are posted and the AIO (All in One) Desktop Computer purchased for use by these Inspectors are lying useless causing huge loss to govt. exchequer and wastage of manpower.

Kindly provide following information in respect of Inspectors posted is all Divisions/Ranges of Ludhiana Commissionerate including sub Commissionerate, Mohali on Sensitive Charge. This information might be available collectively with Comn (Admn) posted at Hqrs Ludhiana office.
