Subject: Application for seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding acquired property details of Secretary, Divisional Sports Officers of Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council (UTJ&K) and  vigilance or any other inquiry against them.

Sir/Madam,

Please provide me the detailed information about the following.

1. Acquired property details, both movable and immovable of Secretary Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council namely Ms Nuzhat Gul and divisional Sports Officers Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council , namely Ms Nusrat Gazala and Nuzhar Ara. Pertinent to mention here that government had made it mandatory for State officials to furnish their property details to the concerned authority.  The undersigned may be provided a copy of it and any update on it.

2. Information regarding any inquiry initiated against Secretary Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council namely Ms Nuzhat Gul and divisional Sports Officers Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council , namely Ms Nusrat Gazala and Nuzhar Ara by State vigilance commission/department or any other agency, including any departmental inquiry.
