Details: the CAG (Comptroller and auditor General of India) has granted the option to give the entry grade pay to its assistant account officer s who joined as Assistant accounts officers on or after 01.01.2006 to 31..08.2008.
But, the office of the Controller General of Accounts is not granting the same benifit to its Asistant Accounts officer.
the painful thing is the assistant accounts officers and accounts officers of the CGA organbisation have always to beg for what is their right..
it is oointended to know when the CGA will grant the same benefit to the AAO s who joined the post of AAO after 1.1.06 and before 30.09.2008.
please find out the cause of this oppressive behavior.

as you can understand , the policy of the government is to opress. so , if i filean rti directly , there will be a forced transer or something.
the problem is that while the CAG is doing commendable things , the CGA is filled in a mess.
the Assistant Accounts offcers are not
1.Given the grade pay of 5400 after 4 years
2.those who joined as AAO after 1.1.06 to 31.08.2008 are not permitted to give an option for direct entry pay.
please take up both the issues with the CPIO , office of the Controller General of Accounts and bring justice to us.

please ask the controller general of accounts regarding the status of grant of grade pay of 5400/ to aaos after 4 years and grant of entry grade pay to all those who joined between 01.1.2006 to 30.09.2008.
once this issue is settles, a lot of people will be benifited.
i will come up with many more RTI queries regarding the hiring of vehicles by departments, regarding the frequent repairing of the same cabin…
by the way have you ever wondered why the salary of march is paid to employees (govt) in april. i is beacuse 31st march is spent to spend as much money as possible vide bogus bill. please ask eachh department what percentage of their budget is spent on 3st march and you have the answer.
i will coem back with many silly things in government rules.
but, i want grad epay of 5400 first as i am hinest and not tempted by the corruption around.

why is the CGA not granting the same to it’s AAOs?
2. The CAG has granted ‘Entry grade Pay’ to all candidates who joined as AAO on promotion between 01.01.2006 to 30.9.2008.
Why is the CGA not granting it to it’s AAOs?

Basic point is, you cannot question a agency like why it has not done this thing when other has done. The two agencies are different and run differently. So you can ask infrmation like what is being done by the agency on this matter and what has been done till date. But don’t mention, “CAG has done and CGA has not. Why is it so?”.

Hi, CAG and Controller General of Accounts are two different Depts of Govt. Why CAG has extended such a facility to his officers and why CGA has not extended such a facility o his officers, cannot be questioned in an RTI Application. These two are different offices in Govt. It is for the employees’ Association/unions to question such anomalous positions to their Depts. This is what I feel.

1.the central excise and customs department transfers it’s officers regularly. please ask the CBEC the average duration of their posting in airports/ports/sezs.
2.CBEC has authorized its commissionerates to hire vehicles from private comopanies. None of them maintain alog book as the ehicles are used for non official purpose. please ask for the terms and conditions of hiring and for signed copies of log books of the vehicles to startle yourself.
There are now two issues;
One relating to the pay scales to Asst. Accounts officers; thr scales of pay for this category of officers are different in different depts of Central Govt, different criteria are adopted for promotional grades,in some depts some departmental examinations are prescribed. So this is the policy of Govt which cannot be questioned under RTI Act. The word “why” will not fit in the RTI requests.
The other issue is hiring of private vehicles in the Dept of CBEC. There is a provision in Cetral Govt rules for hiring private vehicles for use by Depts for which payments will be made by the number of KMs run and time taken during the period No Log Books are maintained in such cases. Lg Books are maintained only in the case of Departmntal vehicles.

2.the fact why i am raising this is that the scale of pay is same in both CAG and CGA and the CGA is intentionally playing with the grant of grae pay 5400 to it’s staff as it is a incompetenet organization. can you imagine that in todays time a person applying for gpf from Goa for his mothers treatment has to wauit for 7 days to get it. do you know that the government spends 100 on courier for a telephone bill of 1000 rupees for an ahmedabad office which has to be paid from mumbai as there is horrenodus lack of faith and dirty clumsy bloody delegation of financial power by scroundels who call themselves ….if you are a part of teh government by compulsion, you would know the pai of seeing things like thius.
3. th elog book is the moste ssential part of an agreement whether private or govt as it shows how the vehicle had been used.i is a pandoras box no matter how much tampered and doctored.

Dear misskm,Now u have admitted that while CAG
is doing important work, CGA is doing only Accounts job. This is so in reality. While deciding the scales of pay, entry grade, and promotional avenues etc., in Central Govt. Depts, the nature of job performed by the staff,skill required, specialization required,qualifications, etc. are the factors
deciding the scales of pay. These are two different depts and so are having different scales of pay. This is so in other central Govt Depts. also. As already stated by me above, we cannot use the word “Why” in an RTI application and therefore, we cannot ask CGA as to why this scale is not given to JAOs of CGA Dept. Perhaps, your staff Association can take up this issue with the Central Govt Dept.
