i)How many mini sea port in maharashtra where import by third party i.e N.C.Coal is stopped by citing the reason of emission of air-pollution

ii) Why the import by third party stopped at Dharamtar Port ( Ispat Jetty) citing the reason of emission of air pollution though PNP Jetty which is only 100 metres( approx) away from Dharmatar Port , the import by third party is not stopped and how import by third party at PNP jetty is not effecting the air pollution
