Information about Promoters of Towing Companies in Mumbai
I stay in Mumbai and my car has been towed a few times for parking in No-parking Zone. I observe that the parking fine is Rs. 100 but an additional Rs. 250 is to be paid to the towing agency. I do not mind paying fine if I have erred, but the amount that goes to the exchequer is far far less than the towing companies make. I am sure that the Towing companies would be promoted by some politicians and they are making money legally but making fool of citizens. This should stop somewhere. Thank you

Actually this can be an anonymous RTI in view of the risks involved. I have prepared the RTI application but unable to unload againthe bar above post comments shows continious processing. How long does it take to upload a file? Can you copy paste the file without disturbing the format? please advise
