Kindly provide the following information under RTI Act:-
- On which basis (Regular/ Ad-hoc/ Look After Charge) Sh. Dharambir Singh S/o Bishanbar Singh is working as J.E.(Electrical) in Najafgarh Zone in MCD?
- Prior to appointment of Sh. Dharambir Singh as J.E. (Electrical) what was the designation held by him.
- Kindly provide the office order no. on basis of which he is working as J.E. (Electrical) in MCD.
- Kindly provide the Recuitment Rule on basis of which he was appointed as J.E. (Electrical) in MCD.
- Kindly provide the educational and technical qualification of Sh. Dharambir Singh as per the MCD record.
- Kindly provide the Name of the Institute, Board, and University from which Sh. Dharambir Singh got his technical qualification as per MCD record.
- Kindly provide Roll No., Year of passing of the technical educational qualification of Sh. Dharambir Singh.
- Kindly provide the copy of the office order on basis of which he is working as J.E. (Electrical) in MCD.
- Kindly provide the copy of the all the noting sheets on which the approval of the competent authority was solicited for issuing the office order for the appointment of Sh. Dharambir Singh as J.E. (Electrical).

- Provide Copy of the educational and technical qualifications of Sh. Dharambir Singh as per the MCD records.

Payment:- Payment to be made in the favour of “Commissioner, MCD” otherwise RTI will be sent back.(Department is very particular about it.) Write on Postal order “Commissioner, MCD”
Request:- It is requested that the CIC orders attached may please be enclosed with the RTI so that the department may not send back the RTI on frivolous grounds. Proper backup is necessary as to push them to provide information in the very first instance without further appealing. It would be better if the fee for the documents asked may kindly be paid in advance so as to make the department supply the information without delay.(Max. 20 No.s will be pages)
It is clarified that this RTI is not line of personal vendetta rather the department is full of all such employees who are ineligible and have fraudently doing jobs by greasing the hands of the departmental people and involved in other malpractices also. This in a way will open the eyes of the department and will further resist such attempts and even may have to correct the old wrongdoings.

Secondly, i did not understand your request of `CIC orders’ – what orders are you referring to? Also, you need not explain the reason for your RTI query, whether it is vendetta or not – you have full right to apply under RTI. Also there is no rule by which you can pay in advance for photostat copies, please note

CIC decision are attached because deptt may not say that matter asked is under personal info or something like that to delay the matter. cic orders if attached may force the department to give info straight away
i don’t think we need to attach any CIC decision at this point of time. Pl go ahead and file a RTI application on his behalf as he rightly wants anonymity
