I File RTI in MC Chadoora, J&K But they deny information … now what can i do…

    When a PIO denies any information, he/she provides some grounds on which he/she has taken the decision. If you are not satisfied from response/reply from PIO, just go to appellate authority. Basic RTI procedure.

      No. You have to follow the procedure. There is process associated with each work of govt under law. So for process of RTI, just check law.

      RTI Application–>1st Appeal under RTI Act (Appellate Authority of that Deptt.)–>State Information Commission
