1 Is it the constitutional duty of EC to educate/aware citizens thru running various campaigns for their Voting Rights
2 if no then tell us the authority who is responsible, if yes then what EC did from Independance of India to tell citizens about Right to Reject

5 is form 49 O easily available at all polling booths
6 Can presiding officer be held liable if he or she is unable to give 49 O form at polling booths
7 what action can be taken against them in case of failure of giving form 49

If we file an RTI, we would get the same answer that it is under consideration. So its better we first track what have been done so far through newspapers and online resources. If you still do not get your answer, then RTI-Anonymous will definitely help you.
