Vijay Mallaya has looted crores from Indian Public, oil companies, and from Government. Yet he has been re-elected an MP in Rajya Sabha. Why does he remain unscathed? His disproportionate assets should be investigated.

In 1996-98, he had this company called McDowell Krest (an NBFC) under the umbrella of UB Group. He looted crores from crores of Indian Public through Fixed Deposits into that company showing full backing from UB Group. He siphoned off all the moneyfrom this company into his other companies under UB Group.  He later changed the name of company to Krest Finlease, and declared it Bankrupt. In spite of all the ruling and communications from Company Law Board, he did not return money to Indian Public. Canara Bank filed a suit and took it into Liquidation in Chennai High Court. That Liquidator is sitting on it, and not returning any money to any other Indian Public, even though they have all the records of all the Fixed deposits.

Vijay Mallaya has been bribing all the Beaurocrats, Politicians, all machinery in the whole world and no one has touched him at all. he has built his Empire by looting all. lately we see news that he is not paying Oil companies in from his company KingFisher Airlines. He owns yachts, has bought International companies and flaunted all the Foreign Exchange management rules. He owns IPL team, and Formula 1 racing teams. he is heading the biggest Empire UB Group, and its subsidiaries like McDowell Breweries.

All this is being overlooked by Internal Revenue Service. RBI is ready to give him Banking license, which will se him looting more from Indian Public. Where is the end of his tirasty? Who will get him and force him to pay back?
