thank you for your support, I seen the RTI filed by you. But as per my experience from Prasar Bharati , regarding RTI, the Postal order needs to be in the name of “”"Section officer , Cash Section,Prasar Bharati”"
Prasar Bharati had earlier rejected my application quoting the reason that Postal oeder is not in the name of Section officer , Cash Section,Prasar Bharati”".

As per RTI Act, application fee can be send with IPO and in the name of PIO of Public Authority. You can check PIO details of Prasar Bharati: http://prasarbharati.gov.in/Information/RTI
You have also mentioned the same name in your request too. I don’t think it will be rejected on this ground.

Sir, earlier my request had been rejected on this ground both from I&B ministry and Prasar Bharati. And i got reply only when i send postal order in favor of section officer cash section. Hope this time they may accept the Postal order in the name of CPIO . Thank yiu for the support

Reply has been received after 50 days of application on 6 Jan. 2012.
MoM for 6 Sept. 2011 meeting has been received and there was no other meeting in asked time period.
I’ll upload all the documents received on Monday.
