due to the metro construction many roads are blocked it ws suppose to remanin block for 2months now it has been almost 9 months i would like to knw why dis is happeing

Due to Construction of Metro in Mumbai in the Andheri-Ghatkopar Corridor, many roads are blocked. In the beginning, the blockage was to remain for only two months but it has been nine months and the blockage still hasn't been removed. This is creating serious trouble. What are the reasons for delay in removal of the blockage? By when will the blockage be removed?
