Sub: Request for supply of information under the RTI Act, 2005 -reg

 

Sir,

 

Please supply the information for the following under the RTI Act, 2005:

 

1)  Please supply the list of duties for the posts whose Grade Pay is Rs. 5400/- in your office and also supply the said Recruitment Rules

2)  Please supply the list of officers who have been drawing the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- are in fact posted in Despatch section / Issue and Receipt section or Tapal section along with the nature of their duties in the said section.

3) Please supply the information about their appointment to the present post ie. promotion on seniority or departmental examination etc.

4)  Whether any Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC)  has been conducted for facilitating them to draw the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- ( if their appointment was based on promotion)?

5) If yes, please supply the names of the officers who were involved in  the said DPC along with the certified copy of DPC proceedings.

6) Whether any impersonation cases have been reported during the Departmental Examinations conducted during 2006-2011? If so, the action taken on the employee who was the bonafide employee  and the employee who has  impersonated the said bonafide employee.

    As you have mentioned hundereds departments under state and central govt., it is totally impractical kind of situation as I understand. Please tell what is the motive and what exact information you want to ask. Please tell us the exact details of concern so we can go ahead with this.

    Moving this to Unclear RTI’s section for now .. and frankly I do not think this is an RI request, that needs anonymoity, unless the requestor comes back with a very compelling reason !

    In every Dept of Govt there is a Grievance reddresal machinery. This issue has to be dealt there not through RTI
