Subject:Information under RTI act.

Sir,Kindly supply following information.

1.Details of all third party contracts/projects awarded by ESI Corporation  without  floating open tender  in last 5 years.

2.Normal procedure  for  awarding  contracts.Was normal procedure followed in awarding all projects/contracts in last 5 years?If not,give details of all the projects for which normal procedure was not followed by ESI Corporation with justification.(Relevant file notings and file inspection desired for all contracts)

3.Name of competent Authority who authorised /signed award of all third party projects without open tender?
