sir/madam,

I would like to get the following information from your office under the RTI act.

1. What are all the various welfare programmes/schemes that are been carried out by the Govt.
of Andhra pradesh and the Govt.of India for the sc and st people of andhra pradesh?

2. The eligibility criteria for each of the programme/scheme?

3. The procedure to be followed to utilise the schemes

Give me complete details about the name of the schemes, eligibility of each scheme, and
the procedure to be followed to gain from each of the scheme.

Give me inofrmation in the DVD format if the information I reuqested exceeds more than 25 pages.

    Dear Sir/Ma’am
    Your request comes under the purview of RTI Act 2005

    But we feel that the request submitted by you, does not need you to be anonymous and hence we do not perceive any threat to you in filing this RTI Application.
    To file this RTI Application you need to send postal order worth Rs. 35 (Rs 10 as fees for processing the application and Rs 25 as speed post charges of the reply) along with your RTI Application to the given address.
    You can also contact http://www.rtination.com, who specialise in drafting RTI applications for non-anonymous RTI Requests.
    Alternately, you can also email us your phone number and location of where you are based in India (at rtia-india@getup4change.org ) We can request, one of our RTI activists to contact you personally and see if they can help you, in their personal capacity

    If however you feel that there is threat involved in filing the application yourself, please do inform us about the same and the RTI Anonymous Team will file this RTI Application for you.

    RTI Anonymous is an organization, meant to protect and shield RTI Requestors/Activists, who are threatened with physical harm.

    Dear RTI-A Team,

    I, along with our Alumni (from APRSchool, Koyyuru, Visakhapatnam) toured some of the Tribal areas recently for 4 days to create awareness about Quality of Education, Science & Technological developments (VIDYA VIJNANA YATRA-II) and also RTI Act utilisation. To my surprise, I heard that some people filing RTI queries ultimately becoming corrupt in the process (being lured from other side). Secondly, some are feared of job transfers influenced by politicians. Thirdly, some are afraid of no support from their own system. I feel like taking up all these issues resigning from my job but my funding to many social activities (under our Charitable Trust THODU)will stop. I am working in Kuwait. My fingers are crossed now!

    Could you please let us know the contacts of RTI activists who can really help us, in Visakhapatnam area?
