Promotion under false certificate of ST

Sir, I had submitted you the application regarding the promotion of Shri N.M.Manjunath under  ST certificate which is no longer valid due to Governemnt order (GO) withdrawing the particular caste from list of ST in the year 2003. The referred person got the promotion during the  year 2008 and expected to get another by the end of this month. I found no mention of the same in any of lists announced in yr web site. Pls do the needful,

with warm regards=

    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Your request is unclear. Please provide us more information for
    1) which application had you submitted, please provide link for that post
    2) concerned officer is under which deptt and which state.
    3) PIO details of the deptt concerned

Once, we get all the details above, we would be able to work on your RTI Request. Also, if we do not receive any reply back within a month, we would be forced to delete this request.

    Thank you,

This issue is dealt by me earlier on 27th Octr.
This is listed now under Resolved Non-RTIs. The issue relates to a promotion of a Non-ST person in Airports Authority of India.

      Dear RK,

I have checked both requests for the same reason and Anand has moved it to Non-RTI section. But as you said earlier, team has to send a letter or do something necessarily in this regard.

Please clarify if we can file RTI for this asking about the status of the request put by lawyer in this regard and action taken on it till date. Hence, this matter can be taken out and action can be placed. Please give your advice on the same.

      Regards,
      Kamal Kishore

Yes, I remember this query. This is a duplicate question and I have now moved this to NON-RTI’s section

As already stated by me earlier, I feel this is not a case falling under RTI Act, but we may, if other members agree, attempt writing a letter to the Head of the Dept with a copy to the Dept’s Vigilance Officer for investigation towards setting right the wrong doing.
