ILLEGAL REGISTRATION

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF PROPERTIES THAT HAVE BEEN REGISTERED WITHOUT CONVERTING THE  STATUS OF AGRICULTURAL LAND TO RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES IN THE DASANAPURA SUB-REGISTRAR OFFICE,,DASANAPURA HOBLI ,BANGALORE NORTH TALUK.BANGALORE URBAN DISTRICT,. I AM SURE THAT THE SUB-REGISTRARS HAVE REGISTERED VARIOUS PROPERTIES AS RESIDENTIAL SITE WITHOUT THE APPROVAL FROM CONCERNED AUTHORITY . AS THE RULES IF A RESIDENTIAL SITE HAS TO BE REGISTERED IT HAS TO GET NECESSARY APPROVALS FROM THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT IE THE STAUS FROM AGRICULTURAL LAND TO RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES AND THEN THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT HAS TO APPROVE A LAYOUT PLAN AND THEN ONLY THE PROPERTY HAS TO BE REGISTERED. I AM SURE THE SUB-REGISTRAR HAS VIOLATED THESE CONDITINS AND REGISTERED MANY REVENUE SITES.i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF PROPERTIES THAT HAVE BEEN REGISTERED IN KARNTAKA WITHOUT THE APPROVAL FROM CONCERNED AUTHORITY AND WHAT ACTION HAS BEEN TAKING AGAINST THE sUB-REGISTRARS FOR VIOLATING THE LAW.     I do not think sub-registrar is the proper authority to scrutinize NA permission or other papers before registration.
