kindly provide copy of statistics of the

month Oct-2011 of the E.S.I.Dispensary,

Bommanahalli, Roopena Agrahara, Bangalore

-560068 since it is needed to expose the

malpractice.

    Sir,
    1.The RTI should expose the ‘malpractice’ or it will be a wasted effort.
    2. You have to specify what the malpractice relates to: Is it with respect to (a) pay ans allowances of staff (b)Procurement of medicines (c)Misappropriation of stores( d)Showing higher number of patients that actual(e) Treatment of nonentitled persons(f) Submission of incorrect/inflated bills.ect.
    3. Without specifics a good RTI application cannot be drafted. A poorly drafted RTI will provided an opportunity to the PIO to evade the issue.
