Help me to draft RTI

I am Meera Parikh from Ahmedabad.

I want your help and guidance for making an RTI for the following matter.

I am going to library which is administrated by “Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.”

I want to know the budget allocated to that Library or any grant given to that Library by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and how it has been used by that Library.

Can anyone please help me to draft RTI?

    Application for Information under Right to Information Act 2005
    Subject: Information regarding XXXXX Library

    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

    1. Please provide the information on the department that is responsible for the administration and manintenance of the above mentioned library house.
    2. Please provide me the copy of the document, that indicates the amount of budget that’s been allocated to the library during last two fiscal years (2009-2011)?
    3) Please provide me the copy of the document, that indicates the exact amount of funds that’s received by the library from the above mentioned allocated budget between 2009 and 2011
    3. Please provide me the copy of the document, that shows the total amount of donations received and the name of the person who donated to the above mentioned library between the fiscal year of 2009 to Fiscal year of 2011.
    4. Please provide me a copy of the detailed report of all the expense done by the above mentioned library between the year 2009 to 2011

    There is some more info:

    1. A new website of AMC is about to be launched with a RTI link. You should be able to file RTIs online thereafter.

    2. Should you decide to file a complaint, an online means to file and track exists on the current website.
    3. A tip on RTI application; do not ask for a document if you do not need it.For example if you need total fund allotted in the Financial year ask for just that, do not ask for the budget document, because then you will have to study it to get the ans to your query.Waste of time and money.
