PRIVILEGES OF THE MPs

I want to ask the following information from the CPIO pf the speaker of Lok Sabha  and the CPIO, Chairman of the Rajya Sabha

  1. Please inform me the all privileges that are bestowed on the Hon’ble Sitting members of Lok Sabha (and Rajya Sabha) in India and which Hon’ble Sitting members can enjoy inside the parliament.
  2.  Please inform me the all privileges that are bestowed on the Hon’ble Sitting members of Lok Sabha (and Rajya Sabha) in India and which Hon’ble Sitting members can enjoy inside the parliament.
  3.  Please arrange to supply me the copy of the specific provisions of the Law, Rules and Regulations under which each of these privileges are bestowed on the Hon’ble Sitting members of Lok Sabha (and Rajya Sabha)  in India.
  4. Please inform me the minimum and maximum income limit fixed for the Hon’ble Sitting members of Lok Sabha (and Rajya Sabha)  in India to enjoy each of these privileges.
  5. Please inform me the all privileges that are bestowed on the Hon’ble former members of Lok Sabha (and Rajya Sabha) in India and which Hon’ble Sitting members can enjoy inside the parliament.
  6. Please inform me the all privileges that are bestowed on the Hon’ble former members of Lok Sabha (and Rajya Sabha)  in India and which Hon’ble Sitting members can enjoy outside the parliament.
  7. Please arrange to supply me the copy of the specific provisions of the Law, Rules and Regulations under which each of these privileges are bestowed on the Hon’ble former members of Lok Sabha (and Rajya Sabha) in India.
  8. Please inform me the minimum and maximum income limit fixed for the Hon’ble former members of Lok Sabha (and Rajya Sabha)  in India to enjoy each of these privileges.

    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

    The information you are requesting is already available to public in official gadgets or notifications released by relevant department or govt. agency. Please check and it doesn’t need an RTI application to file.
