- Furnish the appoint and transfer details, the qualification (including the college/institute, degree, division, subject), the experience, grade and date of entry, place of posted before transfer to Bhilai of Mrs. Deepa Sikha Prasad working as senior manager at Bhilai Nivas of Bhilai steel Plant. On what grounds she has been recruited. Furnish the nature of grounds.

It looks to me that this RTI request is very very vague, in that,points like -what grounds she has been recruited,furnish nature of grounds,transfer details,qualification including college of study subject, division, etc – are very vague. Please let us know as to what u r going to prove by knowing these information so that a proper request can be made under the RTI Act. Also seeking personal information from the employees’ personal records is not permitted under the Act.
Poit no.2 is oke and an RTI request can be made.
this is a fruad appoint case in SAIl. She is an influential house wife, got manged appointment as executive and got fast track promotions and transfers. this is aginst all policy norms of sail.
Many of her relatives are in top cadre of personnel department of SAIL.
information on any one can be obtained. when thousands of engineers are not getting the job, how this has taken place. may be the person is one of suferer. there is no harm in filing the RTI. let RTI should file in proper way. otherwise sAIL will not provided suitable reply as seen the leaks.
