RTI for Traffic System in City Noida,U.P.

Thanks for your valuable sugession(drafted RTI format shared by you)given on My initial attempt fo file a RTI for Nagar Nigam Gaziabad.
Now, I like to file a RTI for the city NOIDA,DIST-Gautam Budh Nagar,U.P.
Plz. Help me to do the final draft accordingly.
1.Autorickshow running on the city road(NOIDA) is badly maintained(from rear side engine is visible,Indicator not working, Minor is driving carelessly).
A)How these autos get fitness certificate.
B)In what frequency checking is done on the road.
C)What no. of auto is running on the road is any documented way to confirm the no.
D)if running auto no is documented is that match with actual no on the road.
2.Some time back cameraS are installed on the selected redlight crossing to keep view different action(red light jump,accident due to not following the light rule e.t.c) on the
red light.
A)Is installed camera is in working condition? if yes
B)detail of instalation date & location of camera installed & total expence budjet for the same.
C)who is responsible to maintain the data available from the red light crossing camera.
D)what different action(challen,fine,D.L.Suspension e.t.c) is taken from 01-08-2011 to 31-10-2011 from the input given from the camera.
E)if camera is camera is not in working,
what is the reason
F) when this start working
G)name & contact detail,address of the person who is responsible for this.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DRAFTED RTI FOR REFERENCE PLZ.SHARE.IF NOT PLZ.HELP ME TO DRAFT FOR THE SAME.

IN THE LAST PARAGRAPH I LIKE TO ADD THAT,
IF THE CAMERA INSTALATION IS OK THEN HOW MANY PERSON GET PUNISHED FOR VIOLATING THE TRAFFIC RULE IN THE GIVEN MONTH. OCT TO NOV 11. AGAINST DATA CAPTURED THRU CAMERAS.

The arrangement might be a bit non-organized as the PIO has sent the reply the various rules in bits and pieces from the complete copy of the rules.
