Please help me in getting my PF Amount either transfered(Pending for 6 months) or settle it(Pending for 2 months).

Status : Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account No (PUPUN00152090000016312) has been approved. Payment is under process.

Status : CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO PUPUN00152090000016312 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 26.09.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS

Status : CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO PUPUN00152090000016312 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 26.09.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS.

    You already know the status of your PF amounts. What you can do is file a RTI asking for the time period within which the PFs are required to be transferred/settled. 2. the status of your accounts 3.who is the officer responsible for this transfer/settlement. 3. what action has been taken against him/her for delay of duty. Please draft the RTI application accordingly and give name and address of the PIO.

    As I could see from his mail that this is a case of transfer from his old account to his new account under a new employer. This is the responsibility of the new employer to get the outstanding amount to his new account. Usually such transfers take some time in most of the cases and there will not be any difficulty in such transfers. Pl contact your present employer to ascertain the latest position.
