My claim not Clear in 12 months

Sir

 

My Vehicle  (Tanker) No.- UP-85U-9960 got accident on 28/11/2010 and I submitted all documents as per norm to Insurance company “THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE Co.Ltd.”

Still I am not getting any response from Company against my claim from last 12 months. My Tanker was totally damage and driver was death at a time of an accident.

I am paying   Rs  50,000 / month to finance Company.

    Dear Sir,

    You Need to file an RTI to the CPIO – Kanput Office of the New India Assurance Co.Ltd
    This is something RTI-Anonymous does not do .
    You can also contact http://www.rtination.com who specialise in drafting RTI applications for non-anonymous RTI Requests.
