Majority of the members of one Savings Banks Account in the name of XXXXXXXXX Common Fund have executed a Power of Attorney dated XX.XX.XXXX in my favour, authorising me as their lawfully constituted Attorney, and on their behalf to do all or any of the acts, deeds and things contained in the said Power of Attorney, in respect of the past, present and future operations and transactions of the Savings Bank Account No. XXXXXXXXX standing in the name of XXXXXXXXX Common Fund with XXXXXXXXX Bank’s XXXXXXXXX Branch. In this regard, I have observed that Suspected Fraud evinced due to Illegal / Unauthorised operations committed by (01) Mr. A, (02) Mr. B and (03) Mr. C, all Staff Members of that Bank, in collusion with Officials of that Bank’s XXXXXXXXX Branch, resulting in Misappropriation of Funds amounting to around Rs.00.00 lakhs. As I intend to file Criminal Complaint against the persons responsible, I intend to obtain the following details from the Public Information od that Bank.

01.a If Mr. A is presently not in the services of the Bank, date on which he has retired / resigned.
01.b. If Mr. A is presently not in the services of the Bank, his Residential Address available in Bank’s records.
