following information for the year 2009, 2010 and 2011 (till date).
- How many Officers (E-0 to E-9) are on
the rolls of SAIL as on date? - Whether SAIL has any Notified
Grievance Redresser Mechanism for its Officers. - If answer to 2 is YES then please
enclosed a copy of such Notification or web link from where the policy is
available for down loading. Also please state how many Grievances are received and settled
through this mechanism. - If answer to 2 is NO then please give
information in the following format - A.

as application fee. If you feel that above requested information does not
pertain to your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of
the RTI Act, 2005.
- Please also provide the details (Name and
Designation) of the first appellate authority w.r.t your department with the
reply to the above request, where I may file my first appeal, if required.

Moving this to the Drafted RTI section
We have already too many pending RTI applications with SAIL. While the crusade for greater transparency is important, its important not to over burden a Public Information Officer (PIO).
However, we still have checked this RTI Application and found it to be perfect. So, the person who has Filed this Application on this site can go ahead and File it himself (although we would advise him/her not to do so immediately to not burden the PIO).
