Address of ward : BMC , S ward, next to Mangatram petrol pump, Bhandup, Mumbai 400078.

Address of location of which information is required: sowbhagya Hospital/ nursing home in 8B Miniland colony, tank road, bhandup (w), Mumbai 400078.

queries:

1. Sir, what permissions have been granted to sowbhagya hospital, at bungalow number 8B, miniland, tank road, bhandup, Mumbai 400078 to run a hospital in a residential colony?

2. Has sanitation and other approvals been given for the same to the above address.

3. What permissions have been given for OT facility?

4. Have all permissions been renewed every year?

5. What action is prescribed to be taken against institutions not having the complete set of licenses / permissions.
