- Provide details of Property returns of both movable and unmovable (buildings, farm -land, ordinary-land, cash, jewellary, gold ) in the name of all the Joint Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Asst Commissioners at Head Office, New Delhi and other eight regional offices of NVS in India, upto October 2011 and prior to their joining in NVS.
- Provide details of Property returns of both movable and unmovable in the name of all the family members including wives, sons and daughters of all the Joint Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Asst Commissioners at Head Office, New Delhi and other eight regional offices of NVS in India, upto October 2011.
- Provide details of the Personal/ Private (not official) Permanent and Present Addresses and Buildings of all the Joint Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Asst Commissioners working at Head Office, New Delhi and other eight regional offices of NVS in India.

however, the PIO would probably invoke the `third party’ clause as it relates to personl information
Every Government servant is supposed to file the property details and assets in their name and their family members to the government which is then published in the public domain. When IAS and IPS Officers and MINISTERS are declaring their property details in public. So NVS Officers as GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES can declare their property returns. Even Kendriya Vidyalaya officers also

This request is definitely seeking personal information of the NVS officials.
I do not see, how an RTI will be applicable for this

Please file my RTI REQUEST ,which will help to prevent a lot of corruption cases in NVS. Yes the PIO details provided is correct.
You will be surprised to know that these officers are the owners of crores of assets which is beyond their sources of income.
so kindly file this RTI TO EXPOSE CORRUPTION IN NVS.
