    You can ask for full text of the Tandon Report. However, for gradation i think UGC gives NAAC accredition – the Christ college website states:
    On May 20, 2005, it became the first College in South India to be reaccredited with A+ by NAAC. UGC has identified it as an Institution with Potential for Excellence in June 2006.

    This query for the full text should be made to the HRD ministry and UGC –

    Based on the links provided and the examples in the Filed RTI section, I would ask the requestor to please draft an RTI Application for this and provide it to us.

    We would then file the RTI request under the name of one of our volunteers
