2 If there is slight ambiguity in your RTI application , you will get a reply that will not meet your requirement and the effort will be wasted.

Sir, when and how will I get the documents?
It does take about 30 days+ to get back the reply. Sometimes longer. Once we get the reply, we will upload it to to RTI request post and you should get an automatic email, just like now.
You just need to download it from this website. The documents will be public domain, for anybody to download it.

1. You are right Ms Dubey, RNI replied saying that since the registration was done in 2005( 06 years ago),the registration documents are not available with them.
2. RNI appears to be a bit disorganised, maybe on purpose, as it enables they to disregard rules.
3. I have filed an appeal. Copy is attached. The speed postnumber is ED275816464IN.

1. Response to the appeal is posted below.I have posted only the relevant page of the document retension policy as per which they are not supposed to retain registration documents beyond 3 years.
2. Annual statement has not been submitted by DEEP KAMAL for last two years and NO action has been taken by RNI.
