INFORMATION ON RTI–2005 on CCS PENSION TO EMPLOYEES OF NVS

1)TO PROVIDE ALL THE  OFFICIAL LETTERS , NOTES, FILES AND INFORMATION OF CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN NVS   NEW-DELHI AND MINISTRY OF HRD  (HUMAN RESOURCE DEVLOPMENT )AND MINISTRY OF FINANCE , GOVERNMENT OF INDIA , ON CCS PENSION TO EMPLOYEES OF NVS WHO JOINED PRIOR TO 2004.THE OFFICIAL LETTERS OF CORRESPONDENCE SHOULD BE FROM  THE YEAR 1986 TO NOVEMBER–2011.

2)IS THERE ANY PENSION SCHEME FOR EMPLOYEES OF NVS AT PRESENT? IF YES THEN PROVIDE DETAILS.

    Why have you put the names of all the PIOs of NVS? Also, the information you have sought is very exhaustive – you are asking for 25 year data. Could you make your query more focused and also check out which PIO fits the bill. Tk you

    What I could make out from the RTI query made out by the applicant and NVS’s eb page, the employees of NVS are governed by the CPF Scheme since they are a Central Autonomous Body. Now the Central Govt has introduced Central Pension Scheme to the employees joining the NVS after 1.1.2004. Probably he wants to know why the pension scheme has not been made applicable to others who were in service prior to 1.1.2004. This can be seen from the preamble of the order introducing the pension scheme from 1.1.2004.

      DEAR SIR
      ALTHOUGH THE NUMBER OF YEARS is 25 BUT THE LETTERS releated to CCS PENSION WILL BE HARDLY 10 TO 15.
      Moreover the RTI may be send in the name of PIO –NVS then they will direct the RTI to the concerned RTI officer in NVS. I am not asking why the pension scheme has not been made applicable to others who were in service prior to 1.1.2004.This why question may be asked to the HRD ministry.RTI as you know cannot answer the WHY questions. So please file this RTI by making changes.

    PLEASE REMODEL THIS QUESTION AND FILE THE RTI TO NVS.MY QUESTION IS INFORMATION ON LETTERS OF CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN NVS AND ministry of HRD regarding CCS PENSION TO NVS EMPLOYEES FROM 2007 TO JANUARY -2012
