RTI success story
A SBI employee had 50 shares[SBI] in physical certificate form.After her death her only daughter tried to transfer the shares on her name.She completed all the paper formalities and submit the application to the registrar.Two years passed, nothing done.The applicant contacted me for help.I filed a complain along with an RTI application.Within 35 days the applicant got the share certificate on her name.
