Electricity connection issue

Sir, still the MSEB personnel demands the Rs. 3000 money for the connection in this respect how should i use the RTI?

    Dear Sir,
    First of all RTI is used to get the government offices to disclose official documents. Thats all RTI is for. These documents are then used as proof to file Public Interest Litigation cases against government offices or file complaints against government officials.
    Most times, since the govt. department have to disclose these docs, they complete the pending work.

    Now coming to your specific case, we need more details on MSEB.
