1. Subject Matter: .
a. Helipad at ground of G B Vader school and college in Palli village located in Sudhagad taluka, Raigad district, about 110 km on Lonavala-Khopoli road.from Pune in Maharashtra. Pali Village also famous for Astivinayaak Temple.
b. details of Peoples Representative of Pali village, when Helipad was constructed.
2. Description of information required.
a. Is Helipad at ground of G B Vader school and college in Palli village located in Sudhagad taluka, Raigad district, about 110 km on Lonavala-Khopoli road.from Pune in Maharashtra,.is legal and approved by Airport Authority of India(AAL) or Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) ?
b. If answer to question ‘a’ is Yes than, Please give copies of CAR Prior permission given to set up this helipad.
c. please give size of this helipad and also what should be the size of any Heliport that should be of adequate to accommodate big choppers ?
d. please give details, Is this helipad has Essential infrastructure, equipment and personnel for fire-fighting.
e.Please give all past details of landing permission given by Air Traffic Control Department, Prior Permission Required (PPR) with timings, plans, details of names of all persons under whose names these permissions were taken.
f. Are Helicopters during flight under control and on radar of ATC for their location, guidance for their flight path and landing.
g. Is any sitting or past Corporator, MLA, or MP, is member of Managing Committee or Board of director of Trust, association or organisation which runs, conducts or manages, owns or controls G. B. Vadar School and collage, which has rights on this land where such Helipad exist please give names all such person or persons.
h . Which year this Helipad construction was proposed and when was it completed ?
i . What was the source of fund for its construction ?
j. Who were MLA and MP of this constituency when this Helipad was constructed ?

You are saying you would collect the information in person. So do you want to file the RTI yourself? Pl go ahead – only restrict yourself to helipads at ashtavinayak temples so rephrase the 1.b question accordingly. Also, please find out the correct PIO – that of the relevant collector’s office, the DGCA and you can also send it to the CM’s office
RTi involves politician being exposed by reply so cannot be filed by me and that the reason i have come to RTI anonymous. This just a ready draft to be used.
Coming to the question of where to file, since it involves information from at least 4 offices that of election commissioner or Mantralya regarding sitting MLA, Mp when helipad was constructed, office of DGCA and that of ATC, if could be filled with CM office which is above all of them or individually. The reason why such RTI r important that they could initiate a process of inquiry into such illegal helipads as well hold those in position accountable to safeguard national safety, since surprisingly in our country, Helicopters r not guided by ATC and r not in contact with ATC during flight, this is as per recent news report. ATC controls and guides only planes which fly at much high altitude.
