BACKGROUND- SWO-INDIA HAS LAUNCHED A RESIDENTIAL PLOTTING SCHEME AT ALLAHABAD (UP) P-9.FOR THIS IT HAS FORMED AN SOCIETY I AM A MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY AND PAID REQUIRED AMOUNT .
I WANT THAT SWO SHOULD PROVIDE THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF OTHER MEMBERS. TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER FOR BETTER COOPERATION AND MUTUAL BENEFITS OF ALL THE ALLOTTE.
1. To best of my knowledge SWO is run by a retired Defence officer. It is not funded from public money.
2. It does NOT fall under RTIA 2005.

1.Sorry for the the delay in response- travelling.
2. SWO normally operates as a middle man. It makes block bookings at discounted rates with promoters and then sells them further at marginal profit.
3. In the case of Allahbad, to best of my knowledge, it is the promoter with the land deed in its name.
4. SWO cannot be compelled to reveal names of allottees. It has to be done informally.I am not sure of any legal remedy under Societies act.
