security money not refund by the college g.b. pant engineering college okhla industrial phase 3 delhi
i am a passout student of gbpant engineering college batch 2007-11.
final result out this year on ”19 th july 2011
we applied for refund amount 5000/- Rs which was deposited at the time of admission in 2007 as a security money in the favour of principal of gb pant engineering college for the period of four years.
but till now we have no response from the authority regarding the time when we will get our security money back.
every time when we went in college for getting the info they tell me we can not make 130 checks of 5000 Rs. so wait for the future response
according to our calculation nearly 65+65 =130 students of ECE and MAE branch . now total money 130*5=6 lakh 50 thousand currenty in college account
now following que i wanna ask to college
1) on which date they are going to return our security money
2) 6 lakh 50 thousand rupees in whose account currenty nd the interest is going in college account OR somebody else.
3) as the account authority told me that they can not make 130 checks at a time of 5000 each this is fake reply to hold money or not .

What you can ask is:
1. As per rules what is the time frame (after passing out from college) for returning security money of Rs.5,000 deposited at the time of admission in engineering college
2. Provide a list of students whose security deposit has not be returned upto November 30th 2011
3. On whose account is the Rs.6,50,000 – the amount of deposit money of students, in?
4. On whose account does the interest of the above amount go to?
