Comments from RK on this request are as follows;
1.Reason for transfer in any Govt Organisation is always exigencies’ unless proved to the contrary by the aggrieved.
2.Most of the information sought now is supposed to be available in the website of the organisation disclosed under section 4 of the RTI Act.
3.Most Information sought here are huge and I do not know how u r going to analyse these statistics to prove ur point. After all, what u r going to prove with these statistics, if mad e clear to us, we can advise u a proper action plan.
4. CIC has ruled that ACRs are not to be provided under the RTI Act.
