Taxi Stands in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

Dear Sir,
This is regarding the taxi-stands in Chanakyapuri area. Specifically the one located on Chandragupta marg (near the American school), and others located in and around Malcha marg.
It has been observed that most of these taxi stalls are having significantly more taxis than are permitted. They also have tourist buses and other commercial vehicles - who are not allowed to ply in this area.
In this regard my questions are:
- Please list the name of each taxi stall in Chanakyapuri.
- Also give corresponding number of taxis assigned as defined in their NDMC license
- Why is no action been taken against the stalls that violate the number?
- Why is no action being taken against the Enforcement Inspectors who are allowing this to happen?
- When can we expect the law to be enforced in this area?

2) Please provide the exact number of taxis assigned as defined in their NDMC license
3) Has any action been taken against the stall, that violate the above number. If yes, please provide the copy of the detailed report of action taken.
