Rahul Gandhi – Dual Name and Dual passport
I am interested in exposing dual name and dual passport fraud of Rahul Gandhi. He is allegedly having two passports with two names, Rahul Gandhi and Raul Vinci. I want to file an RTI application to expose this. If possible, please file an RTI application regarding his passport fraud. I do not know anything more about how to put my question, please help me.

I think if any government department knows this or has anything about this in their records, it would be unconstitutional. India does not allow dual citizenship and a foreign national (citizen) cannot contest in elections. Therefore, the fact that Mr Rahul Gandhi is allowed to contest and functioning as an MP means that he is an Indian citizen. I do not think there will be any government records contradicting this. If he in fact has two passports that will be illegal and can be prosecuted under cheating or may be other sections.
Another idea is that we can get the passport details of Mr Rahul Gandhi in the list of foreign tours by our MPs. An RTI application is already filed to get these details.

I agree with AKP, that this has been covered through other requests and we cannot file the specifics of dual citizenship.
