    To RTI Team members -

I find a number of RTI requests are being posted here in this page relating to SAIL, which is a major Public Sector Undertaking. In almost all these requests, very huge information are being sought.Added to this, most of the questions are either irrelevant or cannot be answerred. For example, in the present case, question like
    – whether the Hospitals are par with referral Hospitals?
    – How much money has been spent on these Hospitals?
    – How much money is given to these Hospitals?
    – What are the Dependents?
These are only illustrative but not exclusive. I do not know whether these requests are coming from one person or from different persons. Even in some of the earlier requests I had commented that since the volume of information sought is very huge, the PIO can reject the request under Sction 7(9) of the RTI Act.

      I agree with Mr. RK
There is no point in asking so much information, that will anyway be rejected …

The way, RTI-Anonymous is an organization works, is “REAL” people file for RTI from different parts of the country, except they are from a different state. The idea is to safeguard the original requestor.

In cases like yours, it makes more sense to do a personal inspection of the documents … RTI-Anonymous cannot help you in this aspect, since it would not be feasible to do so
