Contact Details of Owners of Assotech SpringField Society Sector Zeta 1 Greater Noida.

We are asking Assotech Realty P ltd for contact details of all owners of said society as we require to get consent or any objections from all owners for formation of Owners. Moreover we require information for gathering and become as a group to fight with builder for various issues ranging from Defeciency of services as promised and shown to us while seling flats. Quality of construction / Maintenance Fees / Club not functional yet / Basement parking still not allotted to us.  Still builder wants to take possseion and registration done. and charging holding charges and maintence fees for same. Builder labour is still in premises and carrying variuos civil work and repair.

Require information either from Builder or from GNOIDA for onwers details who have got their registration done for their flats in above said Society.

    Dear Sir,
    Assotech Realty P. Ltd is a private company and RTI Act 2005 is not applicable for this.
    This is an information, we cannot obtain through filing an RTI.
