Where as on ground owners feeling cheated for Defeciency of services as promised and shown to us while seling flats. Quality of construction / Maintenance Fees / Club not functional yet / Basement parking still not allotted to us. Still builder wants to take possseion and registration done. and charging holding charges and maintence fees for same. Builder labour is still in premises and carrying variuos civil work and repair. So how come builder received Completion Certificate.
Require information from GNOIDA.

However, after or even before the receipt of this information you will have to fight your battle with the builder and the GNOIDA authority by all the flat owners coming together and forming a strong citizen pressure group or then seeking legal intervention.

I feel 30days time of RTI has gone, so its time to file appeal to get response or complain reg. no information provided to our RTI. whats your say on this?
Dear Kapil ji,
Sometimes the PIO needs to forward the application to some other department which has the information asked for by the applicant.In these cases the “30 days” rule is not valid as the officer to whom the application has been forwarded can take a further duration of 30 days to reply back to the PIO.
Hence we must wait for at least 10-12 days before filing an appeal.Several times we have received replies to applications that are more than 2 months old hence this is not yet a matter to worry about.
