Dear Sir ,

Subject :  Application for information under the Right to Information Act

Reference :  Complaint  No  721 342 928   made on  website  www.mcgm.gov.in

Please provide detailed , date wise , up to date Action Taken Report including the number of days for which the file was lying with each officer .  Please provide the decision taken and remaks made by each officer.

    you have lodged complaint just before 10 days please wait a little
    better file complaint at pgportal.gov.in
    complaints at pgportal.gov.in are regularly moiterd

    Can you please advice me under which department should i log in the complaint ?

    I dont find BMC listed in the list of departments.

      at present you have two options
      1. wait for atleast 20 more days and then ask the PIO regarding complaint you have already made
      2. file a new complaint with pgportal.gov.in : select state government and then select Govt. of Maharashtra from the drop down list and file the complaint there you will officers name phone no. and other details who is processing your complaint and complaint filed there and regularly monitered
