National Savings Certificate – Issue of Certificates from Indian Post Department

On 17/1/2005 I had purchased National Savings Certificate - No: 51402/17.1.2005 on 17/01/2005 for Rs. 20000.00

Transaction Office DECCAN GYMKHANA S.O-411004 under PUNE CITY WEST DO

For last 6 years they have not given me National Savings Certificate, I had been to Head Post Office in pune almost 100 times, submitted all the applications needed. nothing was done.

I had couple of times raised the complaint online on http://www.indiapost.gov.in/

I just one communication from them. Below is the communication image -

The new compaint number I had recently raised - ComplaintNumber: 100000-80151 Status : Pending

    Dear Vinitaji
    I thik, you are right, that this would be a case, which would be best handled personally.
    I am moving this case to the Non-Anonymous RTI Request Category. Please let me, if that needs to change.
