This is to request you to furnish the following information relating to the Rights,liabilities and Authority including jurisdiction of Cine Film Photographer”s Association ( Affiliated to Film Federation of Western India Cine Employees)
1.The relevant Acts under which the Association is covered or the Govt circular from where such Organisation derives it”s authority to levy fees from people willing to work in the Film Industry as Still Photographers.
2.The Jurisdiction of the Association on Advertising Agencies or people related to and appointed by Advertising Agencies
3.The procedure of taking members and rejecting application.
4.Structure of Membership Fees,procedures and Rules of fixing Membership Fees.As also Justification and right to charge Fees.
5.Jurisdiction of the Association relating to Film association affiliated studios and privately owned photo studios and Private Properties.
6.Rules and procedures relating to imposition of fines on non members found shooting in Federation affiliated studios and privately owned studios including private Properties.
7.Rules relating to service of Demand notice for Fines on non members found during vigilance.
